At West Valley Medical Center, part of providing you with the best healthcare is to offer convenient and reliable billing services. You may handle medical billing with West Valley Medical Center in a few simple ways.

Pay Your Bill Online

You may review your private billing information or pay your medical bills online by clicking on the “View Or Pay Bill Online” icon below. To access your information, you will be required to enter your patient account number, Social Security number and birth date.

NOTE: Your medical information is encrypted before it is sent over the Internet so you can feel confident that it will not be compromised.

About Your Hospital Bill

It is important to remember that your hospital bill covers services provided by the hospital: room, nursing care, meals, housekeeping and linen. It may also include services ordered by your physician: X-rays, laboratory tests, medical supplies and oxygen.

The bill does not include charges for your personal physician, surgeon, anesthesiologist, pathologist, emergency physician, radiologist, or other physician assistants. You will receive separate bills from these physicians.
