West Valley Medical Center chief executive officer Travis Leach is pleased to announce the appointment of Jared Rucks as the new chief financial officer (CFO) of the hospital. Jared comes to West Valley from another HCA Healthcare hospital, St. Marks, in Salt Lake City, Utah where he served as associate CFO. Prior to that, he served at two other HCA Healthcare facilities as controller at Ogden Regional Medical Center and assistant controller at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.

He not only comes highly recommended, but he brings a wealth of experience in the medical accounting field with a proven track record of strong financial results,” said Travis Leach, chief executive officer at West Valley Medical Center.

Jared received his bachelors in accounting from BYU-Idaho and his masters in accounting from the University of Idaho. Jared, his wife Brielle and his three kids are looking forward to exploring the Idaho outdoors. They love to bike and go hiking.
