Time: 11:00 AM
Date: October 2, 2012
Location: Parking lot on the corner of Elm Street and Fairview Avenue, 1906 Fairview Avenue., Caldwell, ID 83605
The project, slated for completion in 2013, is yet another provision for the highest level of care in a state-of-the-art facility in Caldwell. It comes on the heels of the hospital's new Intensive Care Unit, which was completed in May, 2012.
The four-story tower will better facilitate the increased demand for health care services in the community. The medical tower will become the tallest building in Caldwell. Services housed in the new tower will include:
- West Valley Medical Group physicians: Expanded primary care will continue to meet the growing demand for access to same day appointments in our community
- Outpatient imaging and wound care services conveniently designed for ease of access and scheduling
- Center for Health and Wellness, a dedicated education center designed to prepare patients for surgical procedures to include a fully coordinated pre-admission center
- Dedicated employer wellness clinic focused on promoting health and wellness efforts across the community
"We strive to offer comprehensive, patient-focused healthcare services, all in one convenient location. This state-of-the-art environment is a testament to West Valley's support of the health and wellness of our community and commitment to making it easier for residents to have their health care needs met close to home" commented Julie Taylor, CEO of West Valley Medical Center.
