West Valley Nursing Leader Accepted To National Executive Program

CALDWELL, ID — West Valley Medical Center is proud to announce that one of its nursing leaders was recently accepted to the HCA Executive Development Program. Sara Brady, executive director of Patient Care Services, is one of only seven aspiring leaders selected out of 280 applicants nationwide. With the goal of eventually serving as a chief nursing officer, Brady will spend the next two years in training as an assistant chief nursing officer at an HCA facility. In her position with West Valley, Brady oversees patient care in many areas of the hospital, including the medical/surgical, orthopedics/spine and pediatric units. She holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing and a Master of Science in nursing leadership and education. The Executive Development Program prepares outstanding team members from across HCA for an executive role within the organization. Candidates undergo a rigorous application and interview process. Those selected demonstrate a track record of accomplishment, drive and commitment to HCA’s mission and values.
