West Valley Staff Receive "Cheers" From Patient
Cheers to Dr. Slade and Jeremy at West Valley Hospital ER. Should you have to unfortunately visit the hospital, I hope this will ease some of your anxiety to know there are some very caring, excellent staff employed at this location. I had an awful sinus infection and visited West Valley's Quick Care on Midland in Nampa where Dr. Slade was working that day. He faxed my prescription in, and the pharmacy could not find it. When I called back to Quick Care, they were already closed. I did remember Dr. Slade's ID tag was ER West Valley. I placed a call in desperation, and Jeremy talked to me and actually placed a call to Dr. Slade, who immediately called back, faxed a new script and called to make sure they received it. Wow!
