CALDWELL, Idaho – West Valley Medical Center recently has welcomed several physicians to the Caldwell community, including:

Saltzer Medical Group

  • Erik Richardson, DO, is a Board-certified family physician. He received his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine.
  • Nicholas Lewis, MD, is an internal medicine/pediatrics physician. His medical degree is from the University of Utah, where he also completed his residency.

Spine Institute of Idaho

  • Dr. Spackman, MD, is a physiatrist specializing in pain management, physical medicine and rehabilitation. His emphasis ranges from nonoperative spinal care to musculoskeletal medicine including spinal injections, spinal cord stimulators, acupuncture and pain management. His medical degree is from St. George’s School of Medicine (Grenada).

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group

  • Merle Keller, MD, is a Board-certified pediatrician. He earned his medical degree at University of Utah and completed his residency at Primary Children’s Medical Center in Salt Lake
  • Bridgette Latimer, MD, is a family physician with a medical degree from University of Utah. She also completed the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho program.

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group Heart Care

  • Randolph Byrd, MD, cardiology, is Board-certified in internal medicine, with a subspecialty in cardiovascular disease. He attended Emory School of Medicine.
  • Peter Roan, MD, cardiology, is Board-certified in internal medicine, with subspecialties in cardiovascular disease and interventional care. He earned his medical degree from University of Michigan.

St. Luke’s Idaho Cardiology Associates

  • Marcos Daccarett, MD, cardiology, is Board-certified in internal medicine, with subspecialties in clinical cardiac electrophysiology and cardiovascular disease. His medical degree is from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
  • Kristin Linzmeyer, MD, cardiology, is Board-certified in internal medicine, with a subspecialty in cardiovascular disease. She received her training at Oregon Health and Sciences University.

Caldwell Psychological Services

  • Phares Book, PsyD, has a master’s degree in psychology from Pacific University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Linfield College.

Terry Reilly Health Services

  • Michael Delaney, DDS, provides pediatric dentistry services. He attended the University of Michigan Dental School.

Dermatology Center of Canyon County

  • KaLynne Harris, MD, dermatology, has her medical degree from University of Utah. She completed the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho program.
