Physicians at Caldwell clinic
Erik Richardson, DO, is a Board-certified family medicine physician at Saltzer Medical Group’s recently opened Caldwell clinic.
Dr. Richardson received his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree at Medical School at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri. His residency was with the U.S. Air Force’s 96th Medical Group at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida.
Nicholas Lewis, MD, is an internal medicine/pediatrics physician with Saltzer Medical Group’s Caldwell clinic.
Dr. Lewis’ medical degree is from the University of Utah, where he also completed his residency. He attended The College of Idaho in Caldwell for his undergraduate degree.
Emergency Medicine
Kari Peterson, MD, is a Board-certified doctor with Idaho Emergency Physicians. IEP serves patients at West Valley Medical Center and other Treasure Valley facilities.
Dr. Peterson completed an EMS fellowship and the residency program at the University of New Mexico. Her medical degree is from the University of Washington.
Andrew G. Southard, MD, is now part of the team at Idaho Emergency Physicians. He received his medical degree from the University of Colorado before completing his residency at the University of New Mexico.
Radiology
Matt Moore, MD, of Gem State Radiology is Board-certified in diagnostic radiology. GSR serves patients at West Valley Medical Center and other Treasure Valley locations.
Dr. Moore received his medical degree from the University of Texas, San Antonio. He completed his residency at St. Joseph Hospital in Phoenix, Ariz., and has a fellowship in breast imaging from the University of Utah.
Dr. Christianson received his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Duke University and has a fellowship in mammography and abdominal imaging, also from Duke University Medical Center.

Anesthesiology
Nathan A. Poulson, MD, is now at Boise Anesthesia, which provides services at West Valley Medical Center and beyond.
He received his medical degree from Tulane University. Then he went through the residency program at Penn State University/Milton S Hershey Medical Center.
