What is MyHealthOne?

MyHealthOne is HCA‰лЊs secure, personalized online source that connects patients and caregivers to helpful tools and personal health records through local facility websites. MyHealthOne represents a significant transformation of the existing MEDITECH patient portal, and will create an industry-leading digital experience with enhanced functionality and a user interface that‰лЊs simple and visually appealing.

What‰лЊs changing?

  1. From your patients‰лЊ perspectives, we‰лЊve changed the name from MEDITECH patient portal to MyHealthOne and increased the features and functions.
  2. From your perspective, only the patient experience is changing; there is no change to how clinicians view and enter information; there are no changes to MEDITECH directly.
  3. MyHealthOne meets Meaningful Use requirements and provides a single digital access point where patients can view their health information, find a doctor, make an appointment, schedule classes and events and more.
  4. Protects our patients' data behind a simple enrollment process.
  5. Patients will be able to create a profile, which lets them view a personalized history.
