2019 West Valley 5K/10K

As you know, West Valley Medical Center has a long history of being actively involved with our local community. That’s why we support our Caldwell neighbors by sponsoring events and organizations that improve the quality of life for our patients and medical staff.

The annual West Valley 5K/10K is scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, April 27, 2019. We’re proud to once again donate the proceeds from this event to our friends at the Caldwell Family YMCA.

Through the Caldwell Y’s health and wellness programs, youth, adults and families have access to endless opportunities to achieve healthy living. There is a place for everyone in the YMCA’s programs, which include land and water sports, weight loss and nutrition, disease prevention and management, baby/parenting wellness and more. YMCA staff are qualified and devoted to providing the support and safety one may need on their journey to a healthier, happier life.

This annual community event started as a grass roots initiative over twelve years ago by West Valley staff members committed helping our local YMCA. The West Valley 5K/10K has grown immensely in the past decade. More than 450 people registered for the 2018 event and, for a small investment, the 2019 West Valley 5K/10K is the perfect way to promote both your business and the health and well-being of our community.

Please join us in supporting this invaluable community resource. We hope you’ll consider being as sponsor of the 2019 West Valley 5K/10K. Please note that, in order to be included on event materials, commitment forms and payments must be received no later than Friday, March 1.

We hope to see you at West Valley on April 27!

How you can help …

We are in a culture that depends so much on online reviews when choosing a healthcare facility. Encourage those you interact with to share their positive patient experiences by writing an online review on Facebook, Google or Yelp. Asking your patients to share their stories online as it lets others know what to expect from us as a healthcare provider.

You can also become a part of our online community! It speaks volumes to have our medical staff share our stories on social media with their friends and family.
