Physicians and allied health professionals that are “active staff” have an online profile on our “Find A Doctor” directory. Please review your online profile and let us know if there is any additional information we can include to insure your information is complete and up to date.

Why Does Social Matter?

Reputation management is a top priority at West Valley Medical Center as we actively monitor, promote and respond via our online assets. All reviews about West Valley Medical Center are personally responded to in a timely manner. We pro-actively share all reviews (the good, the bad and the ugly) with the corresponding clinical director, our patient advocate and the administrator on-call in an effort to recognize our accomplishments and to address any concerns when necessary. It is vitally important for those reading reviews to see that we are listening and actively engaged. The public expects us to be open, transparent and to provide an immediate response.

Below is a look at the online reviews processed July – September 2016 in comparison to the national average for hospitals and West Valley’s all-time data. Not only does West Valley perform better in online reviews than the national average, we are also a top performer among other HCA hospitals.
