Leader of the Year: Shawn Lindsay (OR)
Shawn is a wonderful leader who not only creates a great work environment for his staff, but also creates a great practice environment for physicians лв both of which create a high-quality surgical environment for our patients. Shawn is knowledgeable, wears many hats and is a great advocate for his team. Our surgical program лв both at the hospital and at ISC лв has grown significantly over the past few years, which has necessitated new processes and services, major construction and lots of new faces and people. But through it all, Shawn has maintained great employee engagement and is a leader among leaders.
