This recipe of the month brings a sweet and spicy taste to your summer. Jerk seasoning is easy to piece together on your own with common spices found in a household pantry, or buy a premixed blend at the grocery store. A premixed blend can help save some time as well as prevent you from buying a bunch of individual ingredients. If buying an uncommon to you ingredient I recommend buying in the bulk section of the grocery store so you are able to purchase only what you need for the recipe. Pair this delicious chicken with some grilled vegetables and coconut rice.
