West Valley has added the role of Provider Solution Support Specialist (PSS) back to the team!

Using a balanced combination of customer service, project management, sales, leadership, training, and technology skills, this role serves as the primary training and support resource for providers in the healthcare setting. The PSS role works closely with providers, but the position also requires coordination with other healthcare professionals including provider office personnel, Medical Staff Office, Provider Relations, Clinical Services, facility leaders and others. Responsibilities include assisting providers throughout the healthcare continuum from the introduction to adoption, and advancing utilization of HCA Healthcare technologies.

The PSS also ensures providers (and personnel) have training and instruction on how to access and effectively utilize healthcare technologies. Our PSS is responsible for understanding the dynamic landscape of Health IT, various digital access points, and common clinical workflows.

Please help us welcome Sarah Kroll to this roll. Sarah joined the West Valley team 10 years ago and has held various roles. The majority of her time has been in the Health Information Department as an HIM Specialist where she has been part of the transition from paper records to electronic, CPOE, PDOC and Patient Keeper updates. She is excited for the transition and looking forward to new opportunities in working with you and your staff!
